Kamal K. Rastogi has more than 25 years experience in Business Transactions, Company matters, Contracts, Immigration and Real Estate.

He has Masters Degree in Chemistry and Degree in Law from Meerut University. He worked more than 15 years in Publishing as Managing Partner and Legal Counsel. He worked in the area of all company affairs, contracts, copyrights and Real Estate.

He took New York State License in 1997 after a year studies at New York Law School with specialization in Corporate Law, International Business Transactions, Immigration and Real Estate. He is admitted to Practice Law in the State of New York, Federal District Courts of the Eastern and Southern District of New York and admitted to Practice in India.

He is member of the New York County Lawyers Association, Corporate Counsel Association of America, American Immigration Lawyers Association and Indo American Lawyers Association. Now since 1997 he is in the practice of law in the area of Business Transactions, Corporations, Contracts, Immigration and Real Estate. He has extensive experience in Business Immigration, Contracts and Corporate Litigation especially in Software Development and Consulting, and Real Estate Transactions and financing.

Sanjay Chaubey has over twenty years of experience in practice of law in USA and India. His practice area are diverse, spanning from Litigation, Corporate, Commercial, Contract, Real Estate, Project Finance, International Trade and Family Matters.

Sanjay earned his L.L.M. at Pace University School of Law, New York, USA in addition to LLB and BA (Honors) from University of Delhi, India. He is admitted to Practice Law in the State of New York, Federal District Courts of the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and admitted to Practice in India. He is a member of the Association of The Bar of City of New York, New York State Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association and Indo American Lawyers Association besides member of Supreme Court Bar Association and Delhi High Court Bar Association in India.
